Welcome to "The S.P.A. Protocol Level 2 Speed Program" - the ultimate progression from our Explosivity Index Level 1 program designed to take your speed training to the next level. This is a 4-week custom program, specifically created for athletes who want to push their boundaries and achieve new levels of speed, power, and athleticism.
The S.P.A. Protocol stands for Speed, Power, Aggression, and this program includes everything you need to achieve those goals that may be held back by your speed and power. With exercises, sets, reps, and plyometric exercises set up for you, you'll experience a challenging and effective workouts that will enhance your speed and power.
In addition to the physical training, our program also includes a weekly coaching call. During this call, you'll receive nutrition accountability and structuring, video training/sprint analysis, and athlete development coaching. We will work with you to ensure that you are making progress towards your goals and achieving the results you desire and that will separate from the rest.
