Welcome to the "Explosivity Index Level 1 Speed Program"! This program is main purpose it to help improve power and speed by incorporating sprinting and plyometric exercises into a training routine.

Even thought the exercises are pre-set and locked in, we still offer an option for in-person coaching to help you learn the fundamentals how to use the machines, how to perform certain exercises, how to pace your workout and ultimately provide you with the best conditions for you to succeed.

You wanna go solo and simply want a consistent but simple program to follow? Just grab the program on its own and go at your own pace.

Our program includes a pre-set schedule of exercises, with a focus on explosive movements that will help you build functional muscle, increase your athletic endurance, and take your overall athletic performance to the next level. With a mix of strength training exercises, plyometrics, and core work, this program is designed to help you reach your a greater level of speed and athleticism  in a safe and effective way.

By following our program 3-4 times a week, you'll see significant improvements in your speed, agility, explosiveness and overall athletic ability. We've carefully curated exercises, number of reps, sets, and core exercises will challenge you and push you to achieve new levels of fitness.

This program includes and utilizes plyometric exercises that will increase your power, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability. Our program is designed to be adaptable to your fitness level, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our program will challenge you and help you get faster, quicker, powerful and more reactive.
